CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, reschedules, and refund requests across all services, programs, mentoring packages, and merchandise offered by Kingdom Chaos ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a product, booking a session, or enrolling in a service with Kingdom Chaos, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Mentoring Sessions (Premarital & Marriage)

  • 24-Hour Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled session time to cancel or reschedule a mentoring session without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and will be deducted from your prepaid mentoring package or forfeited.

  • Package Expirations: All mentoring sessions and premarital packages must be completed within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions after 12 months expire automatically, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.

  • Completed Services & Work: Fees paid for completed mentoring sessions, completed intake prep, or administrative setup are non-refundable.

2. SYMBIS & Diagnostic Assessments

  • Assessment Setup Fees: Payments for third-party diagnostic resources—including the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) assessment codes and processing—are strictly non-refundable once the assessment link or key has been generated or issued.

3. Wedding Officiating & Ceremony Packages

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Retainers or initial booking deposits paid to secure a specific wedding date on the officiant’s calendar are non-refundable, as reserving the date prevents Kingdom Chaos from accepting other bookings for that time slot.

  • Full Payment Requirement: Officiant services and ceremony packages must be paid in full prior to the wedding date as outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Wedding Cancellation or Postponement: If a couple cancels or postpones their wedding, fees allocated to already-rendered services (such as completed premarital mentoring sessions, ceremony preparation, and planning consultations) are non-refundable. Any partial credit or refund for unrendered officiating services will be determined at the sole discretion of Kingdom Chaos based on notice provided and scheduling impact.

  • Date Changes: Changes to the wedding date, time, or location are subject to officiant availability. If Kingdom Chaos cannot accommodate a new date, standard cancellation terms apply.

4. Merchandise & Store Purchases

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise from our online store, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Unused and unworn physical merchandise in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Digital Downloads: All sales of digital products, downloadable workbooks, devotionals, and media files are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Events, Workshops & Retreats

  • Registration Cancellations: Cancellation terms for in-person workshops, retreats, or special events will be disclosed on the event registration page at purchase.

  • General Event Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in specific event materials, ticket registrations are non-refundable within 14 days of the event start date due to venue and catering commitments. Registrations may be transferred to another individual upon prior written approval.

6. Discontinuation of Services by Kingdom Chaos

Kingdom Chaos reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue mentoring or officiating services if circumstances arise where continuing becomes unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate, or outside the scope of our faith-based mission. If Kingdom Chaos cancels services for reasons unrelated to a client's breach of contract or code of conduct, a pro-rated refund will be issued for any unused, unrendered portions of the package.
